Visiting a veteran’s grave

Memphis National Cemetery, 3568 Townes Ave. in Memphis, is the area’s national cemetery. The VA says the grounds are open every day from 8 a.m. until sunset. The office is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and stays open on Veterans Day.
