Collierville’s burgers start by the Town Square, where Dyer’s Cafe and Mensi’s Dairy Bar are a short walk apart. Most of the rest line West Poplar Avenue, from MugShots, Tony’s Trophy Room and the drive-thrus to Huey’s near Houston Levee Road, with Five Guys, Sonic and a McDonald’s on Houston Levee Road and Red Robin at Carriage Crossing.

How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside Collierville’s town limits, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 17, 2026. We added Dyer’s Cafe, Huey’s, MugShots, Tony’s Trophy Room and the West Poplar McDonald’s from the Tennessee Department of Health’s restaurant inspection records, where their own sites give Collierville addresses. Mensi’s Dairy Bar has no website; we kept it because the town’s dining list and current state inspection records show it open. The Burger King, Freddy’s and Red Robin location pages would not load for us, so their addresses come from state inspection records. We dropped Back Yard Burgers, which has no current inspection record. The list is alphabetical. It is not a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on it. Run one of these places? The places

Booya’s calls itself a Collierville original. Its menu lists Booya’s Burger & Fries, a smaller Baby Booya burger and a veggie or turkey burger.

Burger King is the fast food chain, with a restaurant on West Poplar Avenue.

Dyer’s Cafe traces its burgers to a Memphis restaurant opened in 1912 and now serves them just off the Town Square, its site says. The menu adds specialty burgers and shakes, malts, floats and ice cream.

Five Guys is the burger and fries chain, with dine-in and takeout at Houston Levee Road.

Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is the steakburger and frozen custard chain, on West Poplar Avenue.

Huey’s Collierville is one of the Huey’s burger and bar restaurants. Its menu lists the Huey Burger, and the bar stays open half an hour after the kitchen closes.

McDonald’s has two Collierville restaurants. Both drive-thrus stay open later than the lobbies.

Mensi’s Dairy Bar is a walk-up dairy bar on Washington Street. The town’s dining list describes burgers, fries and milkshakes. It has no website, so stop by for hours.

MugShots Grill & Bar is a burger and sports bar chain. Its Collierville page lists burgers and smashburgers, and says the restaurant has no outdoor seating.

Red Robin is the burger chain, in the Carriage Crossing shopping center.

Sonic Drive-In is the drive-in chain; its Collierville page lists one store, on South Houston Levee Road.

Tony’s Trophy Room describes itself as an all-American family restaurant. Its burgers run from the classic All-American to the double-patty Atomic Burger, and it hosts live music and comedy nights.

Wendy’s is the fast food chain, with a drive-thru and late hours on West Poplar.
