The places
Captain John’s BBQ was established in 1981 and serves old-style, pit-smoked barbecue, its site says. It posts a special for each weekday, and Saturday’s is the pitmaster’s choice. It is closed Sunday.
Collierville Commissary is the Collierville location of The Commissary, which also has a Germantown restaurant. Its site lists catering, private party rooms and holiday meal orders, and ships ribs and samplers.
