How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside Collierville’s town limits, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 17, 2026. We added Bangkok Alley, Mulan Bistro, Paris Banh Mi, Sip & Spice Cafe and Social Desiii, which appear in the Tennessee Department of Health’s restaurant inspection records or OpenStreetMap and whose own sites give Collierville addresses. Several Japanese restaurants with current state inspection records are not listed because we could not find a website of their own giving their Collierville address and hours: Fuji Cafe, Ichiban, Kami Ramen, Osaka Japanese Cuisine and Sakura. Bangkok Alley was founded in 2002 by Thara and Dottie Burana, its site says, and now pairs Thai cooking with a sushi bar. The Collierville restaurant serves lunch on weekdays and dinner every day, and takes online orders for pickup.

Mulan Bistro describes itself as a Chinese restaurant. Guest comments on its site also mention Thai, Szechuan and Japanese dishes.

Panda Express is the Chinese fast food chain. Its store at Poplar and Maynard is open the same hours every day.

Paris Banh Mi is a chain whose site groups its menu into banh mi, French pastries and specialty drinks. Its Collierville store appears in its list of locations; the hours and phone lines on the site are the company’s, not the store’s.

Sip & Spice Cafe is an Indian cafe. Its online menu has sandwiches, snacks and chaat, daily specials, Indian breads, desserts and drinks, for pickup.

Social Desiii Indian Cuisine & Bar is an Indian restaurant and bar on Winchester Road. It is closed Monday.

Stix at Carriage Crossing serves fresh sushi, Mandarin dishes and a teppanyaki grill, its site says. It closes between lunch and dinner on weekdays.
