How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside Collierville’s town limits, the same data behind our local directory, and from the Tennessee Department of Health’s restaurant inspection records. A place is on this list only if its own website or chain location page, checked on Oct. 17, 2026, says it has a patio or outdoor dining. Several places that OpenStreetMap marks as having outdoor seating are not here because their own sites do not say so, and MugShots says on its page that it has none. The list is alphabetical. Carrabba’s Italian Grill is the Italian restaurant chain, with a wood-burning grill. Its Collierville page lists patio dining, carside carryout and catering, and notes that hours can be affected by the weather.

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill describes itself as an American restaurant and steakhouse with a scratch kitchen. Its happy hour, 2 to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday, runs in its bar and on the patio, and it serves a weekend brunch from 10 a.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Tony’s Trophy Room describes itself as an all-American family restaurant with wings, burgers, live music and comedy nights. Its events page describes a huge patio with covered and open sections and a full-service outdoor bar. The bar’s hours can run an hour past the kitchen, depending on the crowd.
